Accessibility
Last updated September 25, 2026.
We build software for other people to use, so a site of ours that is hard to use would be an odd advertisement. This page says what we aim at, what we have measured, and what we have not.
1. The standard we target
This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the level written into most procurement requirements and referenced by accessibility law in Canada, the United States and the EU. We hold the site to it whether or not anyone asks.
2. What has been measured
Every public page (home, agents, services, work, about, contact, privacy, terms and this page) has been checked with axe-core against the WCAG 2.0 A/AA and WCAG 2.1 A/AA rule sets, driven through a real browser at desktop width. As of the date above those pages report no violations.
The one defect that check found has been fixed: the terminal panel title was rendered at 2.77:1 against its own background, well under the 4.5:1 that small text requires. It is now 4.98:1.
3. What has not been measured
The administrative page where we read inquiries has not been through the same check, because reaching it requires credentials. It is used by one person and shows no content to anyone else, which lowers the stakes without removing them.
Automated testing also has a ceiling. It reliably catches contrast, missing labels, heading order and landmark problems. It does not tell you whether a form can actually be completed with a keyboard or a screen reader from start to finish. We have completed the agent builder with a keyboard only, arrowing through its choices and going back to change an answer, and checked it with the automated rules at each of its steps rather than only on the first. The contact quiz has had the same keyboard and per-step checks. Neither of them has been driven with a screen reader from start to finish, and we would rather say so than imply we have.
4. Telling us something is wrong
If any part of this site is hard or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it, and we would rather hear early and informally than not at all. Tell us the page, the device and what happened, and a person reads it.
Email gda@geniusda.com, or leave your number on the contact page and we will call you. We aim to reply within five working days.
If you cannot use the contact page because of an accessibility barrier, email is always an alternative and we will work around whatever is in the way.
